Serving Fresno, CA

Over the years, the Nissan Rogue has remained one of the most popular small crossover SUVs on the market. It returns for 2021 with a complete redesign. Let’s take a look at how the 2021 Nissan Rogue compares to the 2020 Nissan Rogue.

Both the 2021 model and the 2020 model feature similar powertrains. Nissan’s Xtronic CVT sends power to the wheels. Under the hood rests an efficient 2.5-liter, DOHC four-cylinder engine. For 2021, this engine has been re-tuned to develop a more enjoyable 181 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque. The 2020 Rogue's engine produces 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. Expect acceleration to be noticeably stronger. Fuel economy has increased as well. Drivers can look forward to getting up to 27 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway.

When comparing these two models, you’ll immediately notice the 2021 Nissan Rogue’s new floating roof design. The SUV now looks more muscular than before. Slimmer LED headlights and an updated V-Motion grille further bolster the new Rogue’s front-end styling. Options include a two-tone roof and larger 19-inch alloy wheels.

You’ll find several new and exciting features on the 2021 Nissan Rogue. Unlike the 2020 Nissan Rogue, it offers a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster. Nissan also offers the redesigned Rogue with a new 9.0-inch touchscreen interface. Other premium upgrades include a Bose premium sound system, a 10.8-inch head-up display, and wireless smartphone charging.
