I purchased a NEW TO ME vehicle from this store in June 2025 and fell in love with it not to mention with the excellent customer service I received from the moment I walked onto the lot to when I drove the vehicle home. As well as the great rate that I got with Driveway Financial! Most people do not realize that Clovis Nissan is part of Lithia Driveway which is the #1 Automotive Group in the US and has over 390+ dealerships... that means they are held to a higher standard than many others in the Central Valley they are Publicly Traded and #124 on the Fortune 500. However, it is so awesome they are still very family atmosphere, and they are family ran with their originally founder from 1946. What surprised me the most about my experience is what came a few weeks later. I had some issues arise with my vehicle that I did not notice in the first few days, and I reached out to the General Manager of the store, Al. He had given me his card as I departed when I bought it and said if I needed anything to reach out to him personally. I called him and he said bring it in and we will take a look and make sure that we figure it out for you. They did just that not only did they figure it out they went above and beyond by giving me a ride home, delivered it to me when it was done and the GM called me the next day to make sure it was fixed right. I cannot recommend this dealership enough not just to buy a car from, but to get your car serviced at also....heck even to just stop in and say hi to the staff they are that amazing!
