Update: After seeing this review they've cancelled the contract and returned our fees. Question is why did it have to take all this to get the situation resolved, if they could have been up front from the get go. This is why we didn't but our cars from local dealers. First they had my wife in there sitting for over 3 hours negotiating the price on the vehicle they were selling her. On top of that they took her id and she had to go back to their dealership just to pick it back up, the guy that had it wasn't there and so she had to come back again and waste a full day waiting for them to bring it back. On top of that they purposefylly inflated the price of the vehicle. The price was 24999 , they were able to get her a EV discount to bring the price down to 21000 great desk right? Well they decided we HAD to get their SWAT package and lifetime battery program in order to buy the car for $4000, we respectfully asked to have them removed they told her we couldn't. They then went ahead and discounted it after another 3 hours to $3000 for extras we didn't want. She agreed and the price was now 24 right ? No they charged us additional tax for the packages we didn't want so now we're back at 27. We review all this and decide we would rather go somewhere else with our money. We take the paperwork back to the dealership and let them know we no longer want the vehicle , less than 24 hours later. They say she can't return the vehicle because we didn't buy the return policy for $75. When we signed it was never disclosed that we had to purchase the 72 hour protection, and they won't provide it after we have signed. Keep in mind we haven't even taken the vehicle off the lot. This is one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had, if you're looking for a car, go elsewhere , Erick the sales manager LIED to us and did not disclose the information we needed to make a sound decision and on top of that charged us more for accessories we didn't even want. Never again.

Andy and Jordan took good care of me and my family as soon as we walked into the dealership, I have never been to be a dealer where great customer service was provided, Nissan Clovis showed us that, Andy did an amazing job explaining all details about the vehicle we were interested in, and the whole buying process, Jordan assisted with an amazing customer service by making sure we were comfortable with all the numbers and contract before committing to it, not only did he explain the difference of each scenario but was able to get us approved, all around the experience was great and I would highly recommend my family to go back to the dealership and would love to work with Andy and Jordan again!

Totally changing my review a month after purchasing a vehicle. Check engine light came on THE DAY AFTER purchase. Service representative tried to accuse me of causing the order. Took a week to get scheduled in. Got the vehicle back 2 days later, and AGAIN the check engine light came on. 2 weeks of repeated calls and messages being ignored, had to walk in and was told "our AI phone system is having problems", but I spoke to a human 3 times so that was a lie. Anyway, got my vehicle back working now, but im wondering what will happen next time and I have to actually use my warranty 🙄

I want to thank Mike used car manager for Lithia Nissan been more than a pleasure to work with during this difficult and frustrating time. Extremely knowledgeable very passionate about the position he holds and how he treats people not only a sign of respect, but he’s definitely old school and remembers where he came from and where he’s at now he cares about his employees. I see the interaction with them and it’s refreshing to see someone who not only takes pride with his work and his subordinates, but when customers come in he Has a concern tries to sooth feathers that are ruffled, but not only that puts his heart into his work and you can see it as he wears it on his sleeve anyone looking to go ahead and purchase a vehicle or they have issues with their vehicle in the Fresno Central Valley area I would strongly recommend going to see him speak with him.
