Totally changing my review a month after purchasing a vehicle. Check engine light came on THE DAY AFTER purchase. Service representative tried to accuse me of causing the order. Took a week to get scheduled in. Got the vehicle back 2 days later, and AGAIN the check engine light came on. 2 weeks of repeated calls and messages being ignored, had to walk in and was told "our AI phone system is having problems", but I spoke to a human 3 times so that was a lie. Anyway, got my vehicle back working now, but im wondering what will happen next time and I have to actually use my warranty 🙄

It exceptional customer service had a name and a face Preston Jordan face would display . He was a breathe of fresh air. He turned an uneasy, unwelcoming experience to a very pleasurable experience. Pristine Jordan was AMAZING!!! He went out of his way to go get another vehicle I liked at another location. He was very informative he took good care of my aunt and I, he rock. Rocky and Jamie were very patient and helpful. I came here 5 times till I found the car I wanted. I never felt rushed and pressured into buying. They kept me updated on other options and kept me in a decent budget. I hate car shopping but they made it easy. Thanks again also shout out sandy ! I want to thank Mike used car manager for Lithia Nissan been more than a pleasure to work with during this difficult and frustrating time. Extremely knowledgeable very passionate about the position he holds and how he treats people not only a sign of respect, but he’s definitely old school and remembers where he came from and where he’s at now he cares about his employees. I see the interaction with them and it’s refreshing to see someone who not only takes pride with his work and his subordinates, but when customers come in he Has a concern tries to sooth feathers that are ruffled, but not only that puts his heart into his work and you can see it as he wears it on his sleeve anyone looking to go ahead and purchase a vehicle or they have issues with their vehicle in the Fresno Central Valley area I would strongly recommend going to see him speak with him. He’s a jack of all trades and I’m thankful that he was actually able to go ahead and find a resolution to my issues

Came into lithia Nissan of Clovis this afternoon, to be alongside my friend buying his first Corvette. Brooke approached us and helped us out this afternoon. She was very personable, honest, kind and thoughtful. She walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Brooke is a very professional young girl and is very good at her job.
