Update:
After seeing this review they've cancelled the contract and returned our fees. Question is why did it have to take all this to get the situation resolved, if they could have been up front from the get go.
This is why we didn't but our cars from local dealers.
First they had my wife in there sitting for over 3 hours negotiating the price on the vehicle they were selling her. On top of that they took her id and she had to go back to their dealership just to pick it back up, the guy that had it wasn't there and so she had to come back again and waste a full day waiting for them to bring it back.
On top of that they purposefylly inflated the price of the vehicle. The price was 24999 , they were able to get her a EV discount to bring the price down to 21000 great desk right? Well they decided we HAD to get their SWAT package and lifetime battery program in order to buy the car for $4000, we respectfully asked to have them removed they told her we couldn't. They then went ahead and discounted it after another 3 hours to $3000 for extras we didn't want.
She agreed and the price was now 24 right ? No they charged us additional tax for the packages we didn't want so now we're back at 27.
We review all this and decide we would rather go somewhere else with our money. We take the paperwork back to the dealership and let them know we no longer want the vehicle , less than 24 hours later. They say she can't return the vehicle because we didn't buy the return policy for $75. When we signed it was never disclosed that we had to purchase the 72 hour protection, and they won't provide it after we have signed. Keep in mind we haven't even taken the vehicle off the lot.
This is one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had, if you're looking for a car, go elsewhere , Erick the sales manager LIED to us and did not disclose the information we needed to make a sound decision and on top of that charged us more for accessories we didn't even want. Never again.

Husband and I had an appointment at Nissan Lithia to trade in our Toyota Corolla hatchback for a Honda Pilot to meet the needs of our growing family.
First, we were greeted by Aaron. He was friendly and introduced us to the salesperson we had an appt with.
Next, we worked with Rocky as our salesperson. He had us inspect & explore the vehicle, as well as take it for a test drive. He was kind, patient, and personable—and if he didn’t know the answer to questions we had, he knew who to ask to get answers.
Then, Aaron came back to talk us through our financing options. This being the second time we’ve had to finance a vehicle (all others were paid with cash), it was nice to hear what we could pay, how we could do it, and if we had any preferences. We asked to stay within a dollar amount for monthly payments and he helped with the math through a couple different options to get us to a number that worked for us.
Finally, we worked with Carlos to finalize the deal and our financing. He was also kind, considerate, personable, and explained every page of the deal & financing as we reviewed & signed through it. They provided us with digital copies of all the documents, which was a great convenience for us.
The only thing I was torn about was that I was unsure how I felt about the time it took from beginning to end (5hrs). On one hand, I understand it’s a holiday weekend with walk-ins in addition to appointments. On the other hand, it felt like we did need that time to be sure this was what we wanted to do and to figure out how we wanted to do it.

I decided to give Lithia Nissan another shot after a less-than-stellar experience previously and I'm genuinely glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was noticeably different. The staff was attentive and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right car, without being pushy.
Our salesperson, Luis, and manager Jordan was fantastic. They listened to my needs and budget, and got me into the perfect car. The whole process was transparent, and I felt like they were working to get me the best deal possible.
While I had reservations initially, Lithia Nissan really turned things around. The improved customer service and dedication to finding the right fit for me have definitely earned back my trust. I'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
